Dear All,

Complaint from our users. Any ideas on getting 2 same emails occasionally ? I have double check with sender. They have sent once only. We use clustering. Any setting that we may miss ? Any other reasons for getting 2 same emails ? One of our cases get 4 same emails ! But just once. Interesting that some users hasn't faced this problems.
